LyfQuest is happy to accept payments from any major credit card or ACH withdrawals, whichever method is most convenient for our subscribers.

2) What types of plans does LyfQuest offer?

Once the exclusive offer expires, LyfQuest will introduce a range of plans tailored to our dynamic customers. Here are the options:

- Freemium: Enjoy 45 days free.
- Starter: Ideal for businesses with up to 50 clients, available at $49 monthly or $499 yearly.
- Standard: Perfect for those with up to 200 clients, priced at $79 monthly or $799 yearly.
- Extreme: Unlimited clients, priced at $159 monthly or $1600 yearly.

You have the flexibility to choose the plan that best suits your business needs, and you can switch plans whenever necessary.

3) Can I switch plans?

At LyfQuest we look forward to continuing to grow with you. As a subscriber you have the option to switch plans at any time. The plan price difference will be reflected on the next billing cycle.

4) Does LyfQuest issue refunds for cancelled accounts?

We believe that our subscribers will enjoy LyfQuest so much that they will not want to cancel. But if a cancellation is inevitable, we will provide you with access to your account until the billing cycle, in which the cancellation happened, is completed. This access will happen in lieu of a refund.

5) Can I offer multiple services on the LfyQuest platform?

LyfQuest is designed for subscribers that have four or more services to offer their clients. This could be in the form of multiple businesses. Now you can operate all your businesses from one LyfQuest platform.

6) Can I handle multiple businesses on the LyfQuest platform?

You are a coach, an influencer, have an e-commerce business and more!! You only need to download LyfQuest once to manage all your businesses within one platform. You manage and grow your business using the LyfQuest platform!

7) Can I send VIP exclusives to my clients through the LyfQuest platform?

You can notify your clients of exclusive materials or videos. Keep your clients informed and engaged with VIP exclusives through the LyfQuest platform. Your clients can see your exclusive benefit and opt-in for a life-changing experience!

8) Can I upload resource documents for my clients in the LyfQuest platform?

It’s easy to upload resource documents from your personal files to the LyfQuest platform. Some examples are Microsoft, Google, pdf, jpg files. You can schedule these resources to automatically “roll out” to your clients at a time you determine.

9) Can I set up e-commerce in the LyfQuest platform?

Subscribers will be able to set up their own e-commerce in the LyfQuest platform. Showcase your products, materials, and merchandise on the platform. Your clients will be able to make purchases straight from the LyfQuest platform.

10) Can I send an invoice to my clients through the LyfQuest platform?

Yes, you will be able to set up invoices on the LyfQuest platform. You can send recurring invoices for consultations or one-time invoices for e-commerce. The choice is yours!

11) Can I connect my social media accounts to my LyfQuest account?

LyfQuest understands how important staying connected to your clients is to your business. That is why this feature will be available soon on your dashboard.

12) Does my client need to visit the LyfQuest website to set up an account?

Your clients will not have to visit the LyfQuest website to set up an account. You will send a personal invitation to your clients to join your business on the LyfQuest platform.

13) Will my clients be charged to access the LyfQuest platform?

Your clients will not be charged to have access to your LyfQuest platform. They must sign in and enjoy all the benefits your business has to offer. They just need an invitation from you through the LyfQuest platform to do so.

14) If I cancel, will I still have access to my accounts?

If your subscription ends because you decide to cancel, your access to the LyfQuest platform will be fully turned off. You can return your subscription to an active status at your convenience.

15) Can I cancel at any time?

If you find that you need to cancel your subscription to the LyfQuest platform you can do so at any time. You will have access to your account until the end of your billing cycle.

16) What are LyfQuest's processing fees?

There are no processing fees to sign up for the LyfQuest platform. The only cost is the plan that you sign up for with LyfQuest.

Feedback Loop

  • Once you’ve gotten customer feedback, what do you do with it? A feedback loop refers to receiving feedback, taking action on that feedback, and then communicating back to your customer.

First Call Resolution

  • How often can your team resolve a customer service issue during the first contact? FCR is generally expressed as a percentage or ratio, and the higher this number, the more it says for your customer service. If this number is low, your agents may need to be given more training or tools to do their jobs more efficiently. 

First Contact Resolution Rate

  • This is a customer service metric that determines how often agents are able to resolve an issue on the first call, chat, or email. 

First Reply Time

  • How long does it take before an agent responds to a support ticket? Customers seeking help are likely already frustrated. The shorter the First Reply Time, (hopefully, just a few seconds or minutes), the happier your customer will be.

  • These platforms allow companies to manage their customer support digitally.

Journey

  • Every engagement and touchpoint your customer has with your brand becomes their “journey.” This includes the decisions they make along the way.

Journey Mapping

Net Promotor Score (NPS)

  • This process helps get a customer up and running with Software as Service products. This provides them with the knowledge to comfortably use the product and strengthens your relationship with the customer while increasing engagement with your brand.

Online Experience

  • This refers to the experience a customer has when they communicate with an agent through your website. This can include how long it takes for the website to load, how easy it is to navigate throughout the site, and much more.

Outsourcing

  • For convenience and financial reasons, companies may choose to bring in a third party to help them with their customer service and support functions.

Personalization

  • It’s been scientifically proven that a person’s favorite word is their name. Using a customer’s name in conversation and remembering details about them can help create a better experience.
